New Business Matters Assistant

Prestigious firm in DC metropolitan area is seeking an individual to assist with new client business matters. Individual will be responsible for opening new files, processing information and working with Accounting department to prepare spreadsheets, as well as maintenance of all files and records relating to new business. Individual must possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a law firm environment, excellent communication and written skills, and the ability to handle extensive client, counsel and attorney interaction. A major component of the job will be establishing and assisting with billing processes for new clients. If you enjoy client interaction, have an aptitude for working with figures and enjoy spearheading special projects, please apply.
