Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to lawyers in the Real Estate practice group in a prominent Baltimore law firm. Duties will include providing administrative support to attorneys, and will include preparation of loan documents and correspondence; maintenance of client and administrative files; preparation of post-closing binders and client documents; and preparation of Adobe pdf documents. Candidates who have experience with mergers and acquisitions or other corporate transactions work will be strongly considered. Position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities. The qualified candidate will be well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of a take-charge opportunity. Candidate must be proficient with MSOffice products and have strong attention to detail.
