Belinda Harris, Founder and Impact Search Solutions Consultant, has more than 25 years’ experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Eleven productive years in a private sector law firm enhanced her ability to specialize in legal placement. Early in her career, personal experience, understanding and industry knowledge contributed to the successful placement of legal support staff and paralegals within major law firms and corporate legal departments in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Clients also relied on her effective search tactics when staffing their offices on a national level.
Continued commitment and dedication in the industry resulted in advancement of her career to include placement of executives, information technology professionals, and other key professions within major corporations and other organizations. She has achieved the goals of building lasting business relationships and exhibiting exceptional service in support of her customer base.
