Law Firm Loan Document Specialist

Prestigious Washington, DC firm is seeking an individual with basic understanding of loan documents and closing documents.   Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and HUD loans, preferred.   Candidate will work closely with and provide administrative support to attorneys at various levels, specializing in multi-family dwellings.  Assistant will manage the attorneys’ schedules, coordinate closings, and maintain files. Individual must be very detail-oriented and capable to juggle multiple tasks.   Flexibility to work overtime is important in this role. Candidate must be proficient with MSOffice Suite, Excel and PowerPoint and must have excellent written and communication skills.   If you have experience in real estate law firm, specializing in multi-family dwellings are capable of working autonomously, as well as with a team, this is your opportunity. Position involves a high level of client interaction.
